Payments

We offer payment options through Paypal, a Paypal account is not needed in order to pay/place an order. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery/Drop Periods

After your playmat is ordered it will ship about 4-6 weeks from when the listing is active, The Time period in specific days will be on the specific product's page. Once within the time period given, your tracking number will be supplied by email within that period. When we have a new playmat drop there will be a limited quantity of that particular design. Stock we have left over from drops will be kept in stock on the site, and shipped out ASAP after an order is placed. When specific products go out of stock they will be sold out until we possibly do a restock of said item. When an item is restocked it will be when a drop for a different design happens and the restocked items will have a 4-6 wait period as well as the new item. Any Duties or fees incurred by ordering Internationally will be the responsibility of the buyer.
